where a fire is likely to start?  If we could answer these two questions then it would be easy for us to install a system to detect only those areas of concern, but the truth of the matter is, we can't.  You don't know if the intruder will enter through a door or whether they will break the glass in a window and crawl through.  There's just no way of knowing and the same applies to a fire.  We can't know where a fire is likely to start so, CSS, LLC recommends that our installations include full perimeter and interior detection, along with full fire detection.  Does that mean we will not sell you a partial security system?  No, what it means, is that we will give you our recommendations on what we know to be the best system for your facility, based on our expertise in the field of security and fire.  If, after we have given you our recommendations, you decide to go with a more minimal security  system, we will more than happy to do the installation for you.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Telguard</B></I></div> <div> Telguard backup systems work on the secure data frequencies of the cellular network, providing a reliable means to transmit signals to the Central Station when your telephone line is compromised.  CSS, LLC highly recommends a backup unit to secure the monitoring of your security system and Telguard is a true cellular back up system.  <I>Telguard</I> monitors your telephone line and within three seconds of a telephone outage the system is connected to your security system.  Within 11 seconds of your telephone outage the <I>Telguard</I> trips a zone within your security control panel and transmits a signal to the Central Station notifying them of your telephone outage.  <I>Telguard</I> can transmit all signals from your security control panel to the Central
